Cotton insert filled with buckwheat hull is builts of 100% clean cotton woven with sufficient thickness, which guarantees a free flow of air allowing for natural ventilation.

COTTON IS SAFE IN THE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN OF AN ADULT OR A CHILD.

BUCKWHEAT HULL – of Polish origin, after specialistic cleaning contains:

  • TANNINS – compounds which prevent the growth of mites, arachinds, Gram (+) and Gram (-) bacteria. This is of great importance to people suffering from allergy, asthma, skin diseases and people with broken integuments, e.g. after operations, with psoriasis, etc.
  • RUTIN – natural compounds which strengthen the immunological system.
  • CELLULOSE-LIGNIN COMPOUNDS ensure maintaining the lowest level of humidity, which is of great importance for the skin of bedridden patients or in the bedsore prevention. The lowest level of humidity guaranteed on the buckwheat hull bedding is the benefit for the osteoarticular system with rheumatic and degenerative disorders and posttraumatic conditions. Micro- and macroelements contained in the buckwheat hull ensure a good microclimate for a person staying on the buckwheat hull bedding.

The shell structure of the buckwheat hull guarantees a natural flow of the air under a lying patient, which matters greatly in the bedsore prevention.

The elasticity of the buckwheat hull is very high due to the cellulose-lignin compounds; this guarantees its high strength to destruction and natural adjustment of the mattress to the body of the patient.

Leather lining – the leather of bovine animals is a perfect screen for the therapeutical properties of buckwheat hull. The leather of bovine animals has accompanied humans from the dawn of mankind; people would sleep on the leather or cover themselves with it. The leather hardens and additionally levels the bedding.

Bed – the place of our rest, if it’s made of synthetic substances, it has negative effect on the functioning of a human body. Symptoms include, e.g. morning fatigue, this results from the build-up of dust and exfoliated epidermis, which comrpises ideal nourishing substance for mites.

Mechanical irregularities are created as a result of the pressure of bodies of sitting or lying persons. These deformations significantly influence the quality of sleep of persons using the bed. Mattresses made by P.W.M. “GAMA” perfectly level these irregularities, restoring the proper bedding for rest.

Mites are small arachnids. They paraistise on plants, animals and people and they are responsible for a number of diseases. The body waste of mites, occuring in particularly high numbers in bed mattresses, exhibits strong allergic activity. Thus, an allergy to mites is one of the most frequent allergies. It comes first among all-year-long infections of the upper respiratory tract. Mites also often cause bronchial asthma.
